You can find 570s for as low as 130$, like the PowerColor Red Dragon model. It only comes with 4GB of VRAM but for 1080p 60Hz that is enough for a good gaming experience. There are 8GB models for $150 and upwards. The older 470s can be found on ebay from $50, including 8GB variants and they can be overclocked to perform on par with the 570s and even close to the 580s. The 470/570 is pretty much on par with the older generation popular mid-range cards like the GTX 970 and R9 390, so if you have one of those you should really only be considering an RX 5700 or higher.
